    This tour is TERRIBLE! Don’t book if you don’t want to waste your time and money. The tour starts around 7am and took about 5 hours in the bus to arrive in Pisa. The bus has no Wi-Fi and no toilet. It stopped in a shopping center for breakfast around 8:30am. Then after arriving at Pisa around 12:30pm, you will be guided to the Pisa tower and only have 45 minutes to walk around. You will leave for Florence around 1:30pm. At this stop, you were asked to have lunch in Florence. When we arrived in Florence, it was almost 3:30pm, you will be given around 2 hours to walk around the city BY YOURSELF including have lunch. That’s terrible. You probably would just visited on place after lunch and then go back to meet with the guide to go back to Rome. So totally you actually have about 2 hours to walk in Pisa and Florence. It would be nothing you can look. So I strongly recommend not to go with this tour. Another issue is about audio. Not many people purchased the audio option which is a smart decision. The guide won’t walk with you in the city for even a historical place. You use the audio to walk BY YOURSELF. Actually you can download the information from YouTube. So don’t buy the option with extra $150 (3 persons). I didn’t get this message from the review and the information of the tour is not clear. Because the bus has no Wi-Fi, the audio option is nothing useful for me even I followed the instructions to downloaded the app in advance. So if you have to go with this tour, definitely don’t buy it with audio option. This is the worst tour ever I purchased in TripAdvisor. I shared my experiences and hope you can learn the lesson from me.

    Our guide MaryJo was pleasant and kept everyone on track to get a few moments at these beautiful sites…….had only one day to see both, and this tour did the trick !
