Manuel was very nice and good driver. He knew a lot of history details. He was on time and with a nice van.

Emanuel was on time for pick-up, very accommodative given two of the guests needed special mobility assistance, efficiently got us to all of our desired locations (with easy access parking), assisted with an urgent medical need on short notice, found us a lovely spot for lunch, made sure we were able to accomplish desired shopping, took us to a beautiful scenic overlook of the City of Florence, and then drove us into the beautiful Tuscan countryside to the town of San Ginagnomo, and returned us to our ship with time to spare for disembarkation. Very personable, with good English. Easily able to converse and share local information.

Alessio was a great driver and we felt safe at all times. He let us DJ, kept the car at a comfortable temperature and we were able to keep our bags safely in the car while we did our excursions around town. He knew a lot about the region and made our trip very interesting!

Gianmaria met us at our cruise ship in a big a comfortable van and took us on a tour of Pisa, San Gimignano and Volterra. Along the way he pointed out items of interest and spoke about life in Italy now and in history. The Etruscan civilization that founded and live in the area pre-dates Greece and Rome. Very interesting. If you have seen the Netflix series "the Medici" it was filmed in Volterra. On top of a great tour we asked him to chose places to eat lunch and Gelato. Fantastic choices. He also recommended places we should eat the next day in Florence. These were the best meals we had in Italy. He recommended we eat a Lampredotto sandwich, a Florentine tradition. With trepidation we did eat them and they were really good. But try it before you ask what it is... Thank you Gianmaria.

Robert and Stefano handled our group of 10 in 2 vans with great professionalism. They switched up the plan and took us to San Gimignano first so we would miss some of the crowds. Great decision! We were able to lose ourselves in this amazing hillside village. The brothers then headed toward Florence. It was getting close to lunch so they called ahead and had a table waiting for the 10 of us at a wonderful restaurant. These two added information and fun to our day.
