Do not book this. You can just walk up to ticket booth and obtain tickets without the line and up charge. There was no guide included either. Felt scammed

We read the instructions which were easy to read. We printed out our tickets and had zero problems getting in with them. You do have to go to the ticket booth to exchange the tickets but it really wasn't a hassle at all. I saw some people complain of the price, but we found it easier to pay a little more for less hassle at the ticket booth. It was a beautiful palace and garden. Just know there are alot of steps and stairs. Getting up into the garden is difficult as its at a step incline. It was hot so pack a lot of water and be prepared to be hot inside and out.

The attachment for the tickets did not work, I could not get anyone on the phone to help me and the chat line was not working either. I ended up not being able to get the tour. I battled with customer service for 2 hours to get a refund. I would not recommend this service.

We enjoyed learning about the history of the Palace and seeing the wonderful collection of artwork, but were disappointed that the private apartments were not open. Because it was a lovely day, it was a very pleasant stroll through the Boboli Gardens. Thankfully, there was a very kind ticket person who allowed us to go in even though we could not successfully download our tickets from Viator or contact the company to ask for help. We assumed this was a network glitch, so hopefully it won't happen again.

None Overpriced skip the line tickets. No queues so could have e save 33€ Sparse plain gardens. Statues and terraces poorly maintained Palace virtually devoid of furniture Royal Apartments closed First main reception hall closed for private event.

Your booking process meant we couldn’t print our tickets as we are travelling. The second option was too complicated we did not have time at the ticket office to sign up to an account. We will not be recommending booking tickets through Trip Advisor nor will we recommend it. It meant we paid twice!!! Terrible!!!

Beautiful palace with so many beautiful paintings! Art work every time you turn a corner! The statues are my favorites!

Belen_m

Did both the palace and gardens in one day. Loved it! Buy the skip the line you won’t regret it! Went at end of September still hot dress for it. Enjoy

Thanks to an early start, we didn’t have to wait in line. We arrived on time and got in right away. The Palace’s art is quite jaw dropping. And the ceilings are stupendous. That said it would have been nice to have a basic, printed guidebook explaining key features. The gardens are immense but the majority of the grass was brown from lack of rain and the summer heat I’m assuming. There were no flower beds and no working fountains. The statues were interesting but the gardens were a bit of a disappointment. Be prepared to do a lot of climbing. Was it worth the money? Not so sure.

Visiting the Palace was enjoyable but purchasing the added cost for a “skip the line” privilege was not needed for our visit on a Sunday afternoon… Also be sure to know the closing times for both the Palace and Gardens… we were allowed to book a 4:30pm entrance time and enjoyed our self-guided tour through the palace but missed the Gardens that closed at @5:30pm (an hour earlier than the Palace’s 6:30pm closing)… just be sure to check these two different closing times…
