    Abbiamo deciso di prenotare questa visita guidata con Italy Pass Tour per un sabato pomeriggio, dopo aver letto delle recensioni positive su Tripadvisor che ce l'hanno fatta scegliere tra le molte proposte private di tour guidati. Giovedì sera mi è arrivata una mail e venerdì sera un sms che mi confermavano entrambi che era partito il pagamento dalla carta di credito, la visita era confermata e i biglietti da stampare. Sabato prendiamo apposta un treno da Milano per arrivare in tempo per l'appuntamento con la guida; quando all'orario stabilito non si è presentato nessuno abbiamo chiamato il numero di riferimento di Italy Pass Tour, che per prima cosa ci ha risposto in modo assolutamente ridicolo che loro non trattavano palazzo Pitti come visite guidate!!peccato che noi avessimo con noi la mail inviata da loro con il numero di prenotazione e i soldi presi..al che la telefonata si è magicamente interrotta! per cui anche bugiardi! abbiamo richiamato, ha risposto un'altra persona che ci ha detto che la visita era stata annullata perchè per sole due persone non veniva effettuata!!!e cosa aspettavano a dircelo?!abbiamo dovuto chiamare noi poichè nessuno si era presentato, mentre per dirci che i soldi erano stati prelevati di mail ne avevano mandate parecchie! per cui erano assolutamente in grado di contattarci se fossero stati seri e avessero voluto. Inoltre al momento della prenotazione non era specificato che la visita richiedeva un numero minimo di partecipanti. E la pratica di rimborso è partita mentre eravamo al telefono..sarebbe avvenuta lo stesso se non avessimo chiamato?? ho i miei dubbi anche al riguardo! ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATI
