We were scammed. That should be memorable enough. In short: we have been promissed to see Uffizi, National Archaeological Museum, Museum Opificio Delle Pietre Dure. The hours offered were 16.00, 16.30 and even 17.00. Guess what ? Everything beside Uffizi works from 08.00 to 14.00. After that they are closed. Moreover: for the date 04.11 and 05.11 the Uffizi has FREE entrance ! So basically those fraunds YoTours just love to "sell" you something thats offered for free these days. There was no meeting point, no response from the messages here, they dont pick up the phone. The best thing is that we spoke with one of the security of Uffizi. He just saw the name YoTours and said "this is bad", so I guess YoTours reputation follows them. Conclusion: Viator also refused to refund us, but we're opened duspute, already. So you have fraud platform, filled with scammers and if you give a money for a service/booking its your problem, not their. P.S. the phone of this so-called Tour Agency is in India, so good luck contacting them. Even the support from Viator was not able to reach them. I hope this review would help other people in order not to lose money, time and experience with those fraunds.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. I received a voucher for 4.30pm rather than the 3pm (there is a message about times not being guaranteed which only appears AFTER you book). I was unable to make use of this voucher due to the timing discrepancy. The voucher would also have needed to be exchanged at the ticket office so you do not "skip the queue" as advertised. I have been in contact with the tour operator and with Viator multiple times regarding a refund and have not received a response. Do not waste your money.

Was sold skip the line tickets only to find out it was free on that day. First Sunday of every month. Still no word on a refund.

The tour operator Yo Tours did not arrange our tickets and Viator had to intervene to get tickets issued. The museum told us that they often have problems with Yo Tours. Viator was very good about addressing the problem but we had to take the tour at 1600 when the day was hottest instead of 1000 and had to rush because of when the museum was closing. Find a different way to get these tickets.

June 4th was the free day to visit and they did not allow skip the line tickets. I have not been refunded yet. I called in line, immediately after finding out.

Just buy a ticket when you get to the Uffizi. We had to wait in line like everyone else. There was not a “skip the line” place to enter.

Great information and learned new things. The clock was a wonder as were the descriptions of the frescoes and the event on June 21 of every year. Things you don't necessarily learn about from the guide books. Nice

Bought skip the line tickets months in advance and when we arrived we were told that not only was it impossible to get skip the line tickets on this day by the Venues Security staff but that entrance was free all day to everyone. We paid for skip the line tickets to a free event with a 50 minute wait line. Find a different reputable operator.
