Sharing this scenic trip with friends. It was relaxing, no stress. A great time was had by all. Our out of town guest were very thrilled and excited to see these one of a kind homes.

The sightseeing is beautiful of course, but the company running the tours is total garbage. I got rebooked several times, correspondence was very delayed, instructions to dock location were not accurate and very confusing. The ‘tour guide’ on the boat spent half his time reminding the guests to tip!!

Was really excited to go on this trip but unfortunately we did everything we were supposed to do including being early for departure but they never showed up. There were other boats that came but they knew nothing about the Millionaire Tour. I find that very odd.

This was a horrible experience. Our confirmation said one location and tickets said another. We went to the Sunrise Blvd location and when we arrived there was not signage to where we were suppose to meet the boat. It looked like condos and when asked one of the employees about the cruise he knew nothing. We tried to contact the tour operator 2 hrs before the excursion because of the confusion but no luck. I contacted Viator and had a very helpful employee named Micheal who helped. He, as well, could not get a hold of the tour operator. We asked for a refund. Please stay away from this excursion.

There were no signs directing guests where to meet boat. The customer service number was disconnected. The boat arrived 25 mins late and we received no explanation as to why, nor did we receive an apology and compensation. None of this was even the worst part though!!! The boat was NOTHING like the one pictured on the booking site!!! It was actually a one level OLD barge/pontoon boat. The seats around the perimeter of the boat had pads to sit on, which were soaking wet!!!) and metal rails as back rests. The seats in the middle were just pads on top of boxes that stored the life jackets. They packed the boat completely full- sitting shoulder to shoulder with other customers. I was told by others in line that their trip was supposed to be the day before, but it got rescheduled to the following day and then other guests were saying that their tickets were booked for a later time in the day, but they received a call telling them they had been rescheduled to this earlier boat so they had to move around their plans to make it to the boat 2 hours earlier than they planned for! Once on the boat, the male captain was nice enough but the female helper was very unpleasant!! She was huffing and puffing and mumbling disgruntled comments to herself. Everything she did, the male had to redo (tie up the boat to the dock, put out the steps to load and unload passengers), so this took up extra time and also made it uncomfortable for us as you could feel the negative tension between them. While cruising the canals, the captain was very knowledgeable and nice. The female served drinks at the bar. There was Natural Ice and Busch Beer cans and white, red, and blush wine. They ran out of everything except the Busch beer before each guest was able to get their free drink. One more negative, the captain did make lots and lots of requests for tips (most in joke form). When we docked, we were completely soaked, sun burnt, thirsty, and almost every person on the boat went straight to stand in line for a restroom at the hotel lobby- there’s not a bathroom on the barge! I would not recommend this boat, to anyone. The water taxi is the same experience and same price, for a much more pleasant ride AND for the same dollar amount you can actually ride the water taxi all day and night as you please.

We were asked to be at dock (not marked) 15 minutes prior to tour start; did not begin until 40 minutes after start time - no apologies from captain or staff member. Our initial tour later in the day was cancelled and boat we ended up taking was a barge-like boat not at all like the photo in the advertisement - again, no apologies. Our captain was informative; but hinted too many times about tips. Tour was enjoyable otherwise.

Boat never showed up at meeting point. Call to tour operator went to voice mail , text not answered. They did not call back until 4pm, tour was supposed to be at 12 noon. They wanted to reschedule us next day. No thank you. Poor customer service.

We are absolutely amazed at the amount of $$ that is floating around! Very enjoyable experience and relaxing.

We arrived on time with a few minutes early. And the truth is that it was a one-hour journey until we reached a place where they had prepared dinner and a show for us. Seeing the million-dollar houses in this place showed my family and I the waste of resources that some spend just to live there hahahaha Huge houses where very few people live. Some are used to ringing a bell when the ships pass and saying “goodbye” And we even saw a dog telling his master that a ship would pass by so he could ring the bell for us. It was cute!! Beautiful yachts, ports, luxuries. What we didn't like is that on the boat you had to pay for drinks and at a slightly high price. It would be nice if they offered at least a soft drink or a cocktail, which I don't think would be expensive. The narrator was very good and we have no complaints. After leaving the dinner place, we returned to the port again with a tour of one more hour. Seeing the houses at night was nice too. I would definitely return.
