Our tour guide canceled on us last minute. He did not give us a reason, but offered to give us our money back. He then proceeded to tell Viator that he gave us the tour when in fact, he did not. Viator is saying they have GPS records of us going on the tour, which is a total lie. These people are scam artists, and do not deserve anyone else’s money. I was traveling with 10 people, and spent almost $400 on this tour only to be treated with disrespect. Cancellation of this tour not only ruined my entire day in New Orleans but my entire week back from vacation. I’m not usually the person to write a bad review unless it was bad… And let me tell you this is an AWFUL experience.

We had a great time with Coty! He was patient and knowledgeable and he both entertained and horrified us with stories about New Orleans. We had a large group (16 of us) and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience! I would highly recommend the tour and a snag a blood bag from the Vampire Cafe! 🤣

Great Experience!! We had so much fun and learned a lot of information about the city. We drank we laughed we had fun! It was definitely worth every penny and more! Looking forward to our next tour with y’all! The tour had the perfect mix of everything Nola and the drink stops which was the cherry on top for our group. The guide was professional and he made sure we went at a good pace for us who were a little tipsy! The only problem I had was when I was walking out from the bar after getting a drink and a woman near the meeting spot was confusing me asking me if I was there for a tour when I told her what tour I was attending she said that’s not here but thankfully our tour guide noticed what was happening and directed us on over to our group! Come to find out it was another tour company that was trying to get me to believe that my guide wasn’t coming I guess they wanted my business! Don’t be fooled by that woman she’s shady!

Great stories and historical tidbits about the French Quarter and its infrastructure so many years ago!

Tour guide very knowledgeable and down to earth. I learned alot about a dark history.. if i was to be picky and complain about anything I'd suggest stopping at more bars for drinks.

Coty was a fantastic tour guide! We ended up having a private tour for our friend group and we had a blast! Would recommend 10/10

It was really fascinating, and also different from the other ghost tours. The guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history and the architecture of the French Quarter.
