If you’re spending 3-5 days in Barcelona, make the time for this 12 hour tour to 3 amazing cities. We spent time with our guide in each of the 3 cities and had free time for 1-2 hours in each to explore. Seeing beautiful hillside Monserrat and the black Madonna was awesome, Girona was charming and the coastal city of Tossa/Costa Brava was breathtaking. Our guide Jimena was very informative about the history of each site we visited. We also appreciated that she was conscious about the different energy levels of the tour group. Jimena was wonderful guide who shared

The tour was very well organised despite 3 places in one day. There was just enough time to see the main places and our guide Isabel was very energetic, funny and gave lots of information.

Jimena was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour was as advertised and offered a little taste of each location. It is a great way to see some main sights if you are short on time.

Isabel is great! This trip was an incredible journey through three distinct and delightful locations in Catalonia! Montserrat stole the show with its breathtaking mountaintop monastery. The Black Madonna basilica was awe-inspiring, and the views overlooking the valleys were simply unforgettable. We even enjoyed a taste of local liquors and liquors in the monastery itself - a unique experience! Be prepared for crowds, especially near the basilica, but it's definitely worth navigating. If you're feeling energetic, consider hiking one of the trails for stunning panoramic views. Girona surprised me with its rich history and charming medieval old town. Wandering the narrow cobblestone streets lined with colorful buildings was like stepping back in time. The Cathedral was magnificent, and don't miss the chance to walk along the historic city walls. We stumbled upon a fantastic local market selling fresh produce and artisan goods - a delightful way to soak up the local atmosphere. Tossa de Mar offered a relaxing coastal escape. The walled medieval town felt like a hidden gem, with a beautiful beach nestled right beside it. Clear blue water and exploring the charming streets within the old town walls. If you're looking for a place to unwind and soak up the sun, Tossa de Mar is perfect. Overall, this trip was a fantastic way to experience the diverse beauty of Catalonia. Highly recommend it! Here are some additional tips: Wear comfortable shoes, especially for exploring Montserrat and Girona's old towns. Bring a refillable water bottle - staying hydrated is important, especially in the warmer months. Join a guided tour to learn more about the history and culture of each location. If you're traveling in peak season, book your accommodation and activities in advance, especially for Montserrat. I hope this review helps you plan your own unforgettable trip to Montserrat, Girona, and Tossa de Mar!

Very enjoyable - the guides were very helpful and the tour catered for different fitness level. There were reasonable amount of climbing in both Montserrat and Girona but the entire group kept up the pace.

Many pics, great views. Busy day, short stops. Good experience with the family visiting all these places. Isabella a great, friendly tour guide.

It was a long day and not enough time at each location. We started late because many of the participants stated they did not receive the email that the starting point was changed. And the starting point was far from central Barcelona. Lots of history but wished the guides provided quick overview of the history and then allow participants to go on their own. And if you want to touch the Black Madonna, don't choose this trip. It was an extra cost. And because we arrived late, we didn't even have the opportunity to touch the Black Madonna. Also if you want to visit the cathedral in Girona, that is an extra cost too. Not a good value for the cost of the trip.

Great way to spend your first day! Nap on the bus to acclimate to local time and see sights at the stops. Highly recommend this tour

The package tour for 1 day with 3 cities (Montserrat, Girona and Costa Brava) is a must to do while you are in Barcelona. Katia our tour guide is very nice. She is very detailed when explaining the history of the cities. Do not forget to bring your swimsuits so you can experience the beautiful beach of Costa Brava.
