Neil was a wonderful host. He asked about the other tours I was planning and maximized his tour to be compatible with the others. Great day.

Our tour guide, Neal, was the best tour guide (by far), that we have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. He had a great personality was very knowledgeable, engaging, funny, accommodating, and perhaps the most endearing quality was that he seemed to share our excitement as if he too, was seeing Penny Lane, Strawberry Fields, the homes that Lennon & McCartney grew up in, etc. for the first time, which of course was not the case. I thought we gave him a fair gratuity but in retrospect, I wish we would have given him more - he was that good. If anyone at Viator can tell me how I can make that happen it would be greatly appreciated.

Claire did an incredible job of giving us the Liverpool history that led up to and beyond The Beatles! We learned so much and loved every minute of it. It was great how she played us other Mersey bands as well as The Beatles music!

We had a wonderful 3 hours with Neil. He went above and beyond to show us everything he could about the Beatles. We also learned some interesting things about the history of Liverpool we’d have never known. The 2 girls, ages 15, had their attention kept which is hard to do! It was a great evening and I highly recommend it!

Our tour guide Liam is outstanding and very kind. What a great choice for us to have a private tour.

The tour was excellent led by John, the driver/tour guide. It would be nice for the trip to include admission to the Cavern and Beatles Story or museum. Otherwise, everything was great!!
