It has been 32 years since I went down 'The Great Ocean Road'... John was our driver & guide. Acknowledgment of his travels down there? 100% Where he lost his tip was... at 7 a.m., YOU'RE UP! Not us passengers! He had the music, WAY UP! Some fellow travelers told him to turn it down. Obviously, Not! Even worst, the final 2 hours back to Melbourne, after 11 hours on the road, etc, you are totally ZONK'T' out, You don't even want to hear a flute! So, I regret not doing this on my own with a rental car, where you can do ALL of your own stops & YOUR CHOICE of MUSIC, too!~ With many tours taken with VIATOR, poor loser John, comes in third worst tour guide (due to the music, guess that was MORE important than our comfort?), that I had came across (the two above him was Israel tour witch & the chick who took her baby with her to work in Machu Pichu Will I book with VIATOR again? YES! but this trip, do a RENTAL CAR!

Loved the trip. Our tour guide, James, was great. He is a good story teller and reliable. We saw wallabies and Kangaroos from the bus and stopped to see Koala bears.

12 Apostles is simply breathtaking. Absolutely no chance of passing this experience up if you are travelling through Melbourne!

The full day tour was jam packed with many different sights to see. Even though travelling time was long between stops, our tour guide James kept us interested and entertained while on the road. He was like a walking encyclopaedia on the history of Australia, always having a story or interesting tidbit of information to share about the different places, sights, and wildlife we saw on the day. He also kept us punctual when getting back to the bus and this allowed us to be able to visit more places of which he had handpicked that were not included in the standard itinerary. James also went out of his way to help us spot koalas and kangaroos while on the journey. For our tour bus, he also brought us to a super cool spot which had what looked like more than a hundred kangaroos. Overall, I really enjoyed this tour and would like to give kudos to our tour guide James for the exemplary service he provided during this trip.

James was our guide for this tour and he is very knowledgeable, he provided insights on the history of each town that we bypass and made the extra effort for additional stops for photo taking and wild koala & kangaroo spotting! Would highly recommend this tour to anyone considering, there was never a dull moment with James as he is constantly engaging.

Guide in the tour plays important role for a company success! The program a bit rush because long day of Great Ocean road too far for return. Tour guide James is an engetic and passionate man who always keep us happy, try his best to let us see wild Walaby, Kangaroo and Koala, he also try his best to make us punctual and give us more time for sightseeing. Give suggestion what to eat and telling story during driving.

Nice trip. James was such an amazing tour guide, really good with my 7y/o curious, chatty daughter, he answered all her questions and talking to her. The trip was really long but so much pleasant thanks to James and his knowledge and random facts.

Our driver Andrew was very friendly and informative along the way. The weather was perfect which made the day extra special. The Great Ocean Rd and the 12 Apostles have been on my bucket list for many years and it didn’t disappoint. A long day but well worth it.
