What a wonderful experience to see this beautiful island! Our host was above and beyond intelligent and had great information. It was a sheer pleasure to be with her and that made our day. She was wonderful and we felt like good friends when we were done. What a spectacular way to go. Very comfortable car as well. We will recommend to everyone! We were blessed

Eric was a great guide and made our tour personal and enjoyable. We did the east route one day and the west route the next. The routes are excellent and there was much to see. Just the right amount of time at each stop, and a good teaser to show where you may want to spend more time on your own at a particular site. I'd go back and spend more time in Furnas in the future. Will definitely return to Sao Miguel, thanks to Eric's friendly approach to showing us the all beauty and uniqueness of the green island!

Carla, our guide, was fantastic. Very upbeat and proud to show off her island. Everything was wonderful from the viewpoints of Lagoa de Fogo to the Caldeira Velha to the tour and tasting of the Mulher de Capote liqueur factory. The lunch buffet was wonderful. The only thing I would point out is that it would have been nice to have included a reservation for bathing in the Caldeira Velha. It is hard to reserve it ourself because we do not know when the tour will stop there.
