Park and National Palace of Pena
Stopping at Pena Palace, you can visit gardens of almost 200 hectares of exuberant exotic gardens and rivers with species from all over the world or also see the palace. If you want to visit the 19th century fairytale palace, thought to be the exuberant summer home of Portuguese royalty, we facilitate access to tickets for the interior and exterior of the palace! With stunning views over the Sintra-Cascais valley, you can see all the way to the coast (where we will go next, after the Poço Maçônico da Regaleira!)
Quinta da Regaleira
Quinta da Regaleira is an impressive historic property. It is known for its beautiful landscapes, lush gardens and mysterious architecture. The farm is famous for its initiation well, towers, caves and esoteric symbolism, making it a fascinating place for visitors to explore.
Praia Das Macas
Lunch at Búzios or Nortada restaurant!
Farol do cabo da Roca
The closest point of the Americas to Europe, here you are in the far west where meditation temples once stood! Here you can even get a certificate from the prefecture saying you were at the westernmost point of Europe! We'll stop there and go when you're ready.
Boca do Inferno
The name “Boca do Inferno” attributed to this place is due to the morphological analogy and the tremendous and frightening impact of the waves there, the characteristic that makes up the rock on the cliff is of a carbonated nature. The erosion exerted by the action of rainwater which, containing dissolved carbon dioxide, causes the carbonate to dissolve. Through this process, cavities and caves are formed within the limestones; with the collapse of the upper layers, the cave was destroyed, leaving a large open cavity. This place with unique characteristics is a place of leisure, where you can enjoy a divine landscape and magnificent sunsets, only being overshadowed by infrequent suicides committed on its dangerous and unprotected cliff.
Marina de Cascais
Cascais is the famous luxury seaside town that everyone wants to visit and where many want to move!
Estoril
The return to Lisbon will be made along the coast with a panoramic view of Estoril, famous for its Casino (the largest gambling hall in Europe) and for the fact that Mr. Yan Fleming wrote the first 007 novel, “Casino Royale”, during World War II here. We will return to Lisbon along the “Marginal” road, enjoying breathtaking views of the ocean. The return will take approximately 30 minutes.
