    Una our driver was incredible, super knowledgeable and you can tell she really enjoys her job! Our hiking guide was awesome, so fun and gave us time to take pictures and enjoy the incredible experience We absolutely loved the tour and highly recommend it!

    Though drive time to Glacier was about 2 hours each way, we did not notice it because our driver-guide Gary was amazing teller. So nice voice. He should work on a radio or TV. He knows everything about Alaska and passes his knowledge to you in a funny but serious way.

    Really a nice trip. The tour guide explained in detail. The glacier hike is easy and the glacier is spectacular.

    The glacier was astonishing. You can see every mountain and feel the nature all around you. But the tour of the glacier is really recommended, because the guide was really nice and competent. As much competent as our first guide “old Gary”, who knows every detail of Anchorage.

    Matanuska Glacier

    Matanuska Glacier is a valley glacier in the US state of Alaska. At 27 miles long by 4 miles wide, it is the largest glacier accessible by car in the United States. The drive to is approximately 2 hours each direction with 4 hours total along the scenic Glenn Hwy.

    Palmer

    During the tour we will stop in Palmer Alaska and allow you time to purchase lunch at a local grocery store. Just 45 minutes from Anchorage, this picturesque little town has agriculture flair. Start your adventure in this ‘country' at the Palmer Visitor Information Center. Don't forget to pick up a downtown walking map while you're there.
