Brittany was our tour guide and she was so friendly and knowledgeable of the local area. She was very personable and made us feel very comfortable during the tour.

Our escort Cher was fantastic. She was most knowledgeable about all of our tour stops and the history of Oregon. Anybody wanting a full day of fun (include snow) should check this great tour out. It was very relaxing, comfortable, and care free. Everything needed was included. Thanks Terrain Tours, Marcus, and especially Cher.

My wife and I had an amazing time. Marcus was an incredible tour guide, very helpful and informative. We stopped at different places with amazing views, had lunch at a beautiful vineyard with delicious wine and a fantastic pizza. The visit at Mt Hood was very pleasing. The van was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this tour.

We had an amazing day with Sam! It ended up being basically a personal tour and he took our requests and we got some extra hiking and waterfalls in.

Lisa_D

Our driver, Sam, was very knowledgeable about the area and provided a lot of history which made trip interesting. We had plenty of time at each stop to take in the site and walk around. The pizza lunch was delicious.

Our driver was very inexperienced with the route, the history of Portland area and the necessities of being a tour guide. A safety concern was, he didn't open and close van door, left to passengers, nor did he help anyone in or out of the van. Had trouble keeping track of his passengers. We arrived at Mt Hood at 5pm just as everything was closing. When back in Portland and dropping off passengers, he rudely insisted a young man find a place to get money for his tip. The driver didn't have an alternate method to obtain payment. Everyone on the van was embarrassed, along with the young man and his companion, so they gave the young man cash so we could move on since we were already two hours past the scheduled time of return. A way to save some time in order to enjoy Mt Hood longer, would be to skip the stop at the produce/fruit market which was unnecessary.

Overall the tour was ok. Buses way to small for 14 people especially if sitting in the back row. Tour guide was nice but could tell he was new and really didn't point out half of the waterfalls that were shown that would be seen. I know it's not your issue but the waitress at the first winery was extremely rude because she said she "was busy". Sorry nit good customer service.

Natalie_J

Dean was an amazing tour guide! Scenery was beautiful and the wine was great. We went to two wineries, one cider farm and the Timber Line Lodge. We hiked to see a waterfall and Mt. Hood.
