Seeing the pig farm was a wonderful introduction to an authentic and bio-friendly clean food source. The host of the family there was a lovely person and a spectacular cook. Worth every Euro and the travel time to get there!

Traveling in the Basque region with Jon is an amazing experience. He is enthusiastic, charming and informative. Our day in the countryside visiting a sustainable pig farm we so incredibly special. The farm is humanely run and in a natural area where the pigs eat walnuts, acorns, and chestnuts. We had a delicious farm to table lunch in a beautiful farm house and it was an experience not to be forgotten. I highly recommend this tour.

This was an amazing farm to table experience. Totally authentic and in a beautiful setting high in the mountains outside San Sebastián. The house we ate in I believe was from 1580. 13 generations of farmers. Jon also provided excellent back ground information. The food was delicious!!

majahaual
