I wish I could give 10 stars! We had the greatest day touring Capri by boat with Paolo! He was fabulous! His boat was brand new and pristine, he was knowledgeable and fun! He made our day awesome! Worth every penny!

Beautiful day on the boat. It’s more customised than following the schedule which is better as we wanted to stay somewhere longer and skip some places when it’s too busy. Overall very good experience!

I never write reviews and I did reach out to the charter company first. One star is only for the captain Paolo who was lovely. I booked this Private tour for my family of six after reading the description which in reality is very misleading. First off the boat is advertised for six adults. The boat is very small it fits possibly four adults at maximum. Because it is a small boat the ride was extremely choppy both ways I suffered extreme motion sickness due to the rocking of this small boat in ocean water. This felt extremely unsafe as the boat kept going up and down. We got extremely soaked boat ways which is every uncomfortable walking around the beautiful island of Capri. The boat does not offer towels so I highly recommend to bring your own if you take this tour. It is a nice boat but should not be allowed to take this many people this far of a distance. The ride from Positano to Capri took over one hour each way reducing your time on the island. The tour starts at 10am, which is the busy time of day at Positanos Grand Marina. It took over thirty minutes for our boat to pull up to get us due to the line up of other boats picking up clients. A 9 am pick up should have been suggested by the company. We were not able to visit the Blue Grotto because of the line up, again I feel the company should have suggested an earlier departure. The boat drops you off at Capri’s Piccolo Marina which is on the othe side of the island and takes longer to get to, since I was suffering from extreme motion sickness from the choppy ride I asked to be bought to Capris Marina Grande since it is the closest, this is not included, so I had to pay $100 Euro directly to the marina so the boat could enter. The Marina Grande is where you want to be left off anyway because that’s where the funicular entrance to the main square is. The boat was supposed to include other refreshments that where not on board. After the trip I did reach out to the charter company with my concerns, nothing come from it. I was told “you saw pictures of the boat before you booked” again seeing a picture is very different from reality, it is hard to judge from a picture. Bottom line take the ferry early in the day, it will take half the time to get to Capri, with a much smoother ride and will let you off right at Grande Marina.

We were slightly concerned with the limited reviews but went for it. Our tour guide was Marco and he was absolutely fabulous. He was able to show us everything we wanted and was very respectful and kind. This was the highlight of our vacation

Where to even begin?! From start to finish, our time with our Captain, Paolo was amazing. He was super friendly, gave us lots of history of the area, recommended a wonderful restaurant for lunch. He was extremely patient with my brother who is special needs and needed a little extra assistance. My 5 year old son just loved him, we all did. Everything was perfect. We couldn’t have chosen a better Captain spend our time with and when we return for future holidays, we will ask for Paolo personally! If you’re on the fence about the tour, just do it! It’s worth every penny. It’s an experience you’ll remember for a lifetime!
