Would recommend this tour and rental. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bike and helmets were in good condition. The ride itself takes you to places that you wouldn’t normally be able to go with stunning views. Also the recommended restaurant for lunch was lovely. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the app could be better. There were many times where the app told us we were going the wrong way when we weren’t, the first time this happened it cost us a fair bit of time, the next couple, I pulled over just to be sure. This meant that when I did actually go the wrong way I didn’t believe the app. We got lost a few times and only just managed to drop the bike back before the 7pm closing time. Ultimately I thought it was a great day and would highly recommend it. I forgot to mention when I dropped the bike off but if the company reads this review, there is a new roundabout near cola which is not reflected on the app yet

I rented a scooter today. It was a Brera 125cc sport-scooter. I was supposed to have a car but Hertz didn’t have one. I’m glad I used the scooter instead. Much more fun! I highly recommend using Motoragazzi for your rental. Here’s why: First, Cecilia at the office was great. Her English is good and she made the entire transaction easy. Second, the scooter itself was in excellent shape. It is modern, and for 125cc, has very good acceleration for hill climbing. I went to the top of Mt. Baldo which is at 7200 feet and it did a great job all the way to the top. On my way back to Peschiera, I toured around the lake. I had been road cycling with some team members from home in California, and it was fun to use the motor scooter to go over some of the same routes like Baldo and others. Third, I dropped off the scooter just before closing time. The checkout was easy and filling up with fuel couldn’t be easier since the station is right outside the door. And Cecilia gave me a nice surprise bottle of wine! I’m really tempted to cancel my car for the next few days and go back and rent the scooter again! You will completely enjoy the full experience from Motoragazzi. They totally understand customer service. Enjoy your ride! FOLLOW-UP I cancelled my Hertz rental and kept the scooter another four days. Although I switched-up to the Brera 300cc model. I put in 6-8 hour days riding the Veneto region! Julia who was working the office when I upgraded was also extremely helpful and her English is very good too. All in all Motoragazzi is a very well run operation and the people who work there make the experience fantastic!

A brilliant day with a great scooter, excellent service and great value for money. We hired one scooter and downloaded the selfie half day tour which took us to beautiful places we would otherwise have missed. The whole package and service was excellent and we rode all day for just 7 euros of fuel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the scooter was great fun. Highly recommended, thank you.

Super Nice people! Gave us a bottle of wine afterwards! Nice! The scooters where fun, but very intense to ride along with the italian traffic. We took the road to monte baldo!

DO NOT book thru TripAdvisor! The rate is €60! Also, if you book through TA and don’t cancel 24 hrs in advance you do not get a refund!!!! Our group had never driven these before and for us they were hard to learn on the fly. Heavy traffic, not knowing the area, made for some anxiety. We decided to be safe and rented a boat at the lake and honestly being in and on the lake was so much better! The shops all sell the same stuff and serve the same foods! You won’t miss anything! Take the buses wherever you want to go around the the lake!

We have rented 4 scooters, however, my son had forgotten his driver's license and therefore could not get a scooter. Stupid but those are the rules. Money back was also not possible. In short, our mistake and no money back. They also made no attempt to accommodate us by, for example, not letting us refuel the scooters. You can park your car on your own property and pay €15 for it, which gave me the idea that this was a public place. In short, we had a nice day, great scooters, but no customer-friendliness whatsoever in terms of compensation for the costs. We didn't let it spoil our day, but it was a shame.

We wanted to do a Vespa tour during our holiday week at lake Garda. We booked at the Motoragazzi office in Peschiera on Tuesday, 2 Vespa for Friday and paid for it, 130 euro. We didn’t get a confirmation nor on paper nor by mail although they said they would mail this. On Friday we arrived at the office to start our Vespa tour but there were no Vespa available and they even claimed that we didn’t pay! After proving to them that we had paid with our debetcard, they said that there were no Vespa’s available. Still trying to deal with our disappointment, we asked our money back in cash as we paid by debetcard and we didn’t trust them anymore. They refused to pay back in cash because then they would lose the bank costs and if we wanted to have cash we had to wait for an hour or 2! After a serious push from our side they gave us back the money. The sad part of this story is that our day was ruined, they consider giving the money back as “case closed” and a “good service”! Our perception of a “good service” is something completely different and we are sure that we are not alone! Maybe our case is a standalone case but anyway be very careful with this organisation because they have no clue what a “good service” means!
