Have you ever been ghosted by a tour operator? This one did. One tour operator phone number was a mobile number that was turned off. The other number was in Russia and not answered. We arrived early at Charing Cross and went to all possible meeting points. Not even a hint of the operator. It was expensive to book, expensive to get there, and frustrating for a no-show operator. How these listings are allowed is beyond me. Do not bother with them. The whole thing seems dodgy. This appears to be a new listing by the same people my wife reviewed to avoid her 1 star rating.

Got up early on a Saturday and took two subways to meet a guide who never showed up. We called and emailed with no response. After an hour, we gave up and requested a refund from Viator. Terrible waste of our time and money to get there.
