Jose Carlos's route was very interesting, combining history and gastronomy of the area. The guide is very passionate about his land with a lot of knowledge of the region. We visited different points of interest and what I loved most was the convent and its stories. We had a great morning

I loved the Gasculsieca route, a tour of Alcalá del Valle, a beautiful town. Its exquisite gastronomy. For living such Andalusian traditions as having lunch among olive groves or tasting an excellent oil at the cooperative. The best is your guide Jose Carlos who accompanied us and explained all the stages of the route. Highly recommended, don't miss it.

A highly recommended route and experience. We were able to learn about the history and gastronomy of the town and the Sierra. We highlight the quality of the products and the close treatment with the customer, as well as the fact that the transfer from one place to another is carried out by the company. Very satisfied.

Thanks to José we discovered Alcalá del Valle, a very authentic village off the beaten track. His passion for his village and region made this visit a true local experience. We have visited Andalusia several times and Alcalá del Valle and this time we discovered the customs, traditions and gastronomy of the villages of Cadiz. We highly recommend a stop in this village as well as a visit from José, if you speak Spanish, although he also speaks French, because like many inhabitants of the region, he worked for several years in France. Many thanks!
