Kevin was very knowledgeable, entertaining, and respectful. We visited some great historical sites around downtown St. Augustine. We're so glad we chose to go with him on our ghost tour!

This was the best ghost tour we have been on in the US. We chose this walking ghost tour because the reviews indicated it was lead by a paranormal researcher who provided actual research that he and other colleagues have done in the St Augustine area. Kevin is passionate about this subject and providing accurate results of his investigations, and while he’s not a costumed actor (thank goodness) regaling us with spooky over the top ghost stories, his passion was infectious which kept us all totally engaged throughout the tour. I would highly recommend this tour for those who are looking for an authentic ghost tour experience.

We absolutely loved this tour! The tour guide, Kevin Rose, was very knowledgeable about the history of St Augustine and was very straightforward with his presentation. He wasn’t into theatrics like the other tours—no jump scares or overly dramatic storytelling. He even debunked many of the popular urban legends in the area and helped us understand why they didn’t make sense. As a member of Kevin’s tour group, I could tell he took his job seriously and wanted to restore a sense of respect back into his line of work. Coolest of all, Kevin is a real Paranormal Investigator! He gave us advice on how to effectively detect paranormal activity on our own during the tour and then provided us with a packet of information at the end to help us continue our investigations outside of his presence. Kevin was a natural skeptic and a no-nonsense kind of guy. The things he said, we believed, and he wasn’t afraid to get vulnerable and transparent about his own experiences. We highly recommend this tour over the others in St Augustine! A complete blast and night to remember!
