    Tour was canceled due to a sick tour guide. Things happen to people and I hope they are well. I did wonder why the agency didn't have a 2nd person, on-call, or back-up employee? Very bad for business in a tough economy. I've paid on advance and hoping to get a refund without a difficult situation. We are here for a week and the tour is only Fri. and Sat. so we are unable to even re-book. Maybe we can make it another year if the company is still going.

    We did a private ghost tour with our guide Russell who was very informative and, as an actor himself, charismatic. He was also very generous and offered to take pictures of us during any of the stops we made. It was a fun walk through beautiful Albany while learning about its haunted past. Thank you Russell!

    Jared led our group on a chilly, damp October evening. Perfect night!! Jared was very good. He is still learning the script, as a relatively new tour leader. But his delivery was very good! Nice guy and a fun walk.

    The ghosts of Albany tour was okay, it was a cool crispy night to walk around and it felt spooky outside. I thought the tour was going to be an hour and a half long, but was only an hour. Our tour guide Jacob was nice, he said we were his 5th tour he's given. In my opinion this tour was not really worth it for $60. (That's for two people). :/

    Jared was great! Still on script because he’s still new, but he was captivating in his reading and story telling. I enjoyed seeing the city at nighttime and hearing the tales of the haunted Capital buildings! We had a great time! Nice to see lots of other people on tour with us!
