Michaela was great! Very informative, animated and able to manage a large group of people in a crazy busy time!!

The tour was supposed to go around the fort, but it was recently closed and tours were not allowed on the property. Our tour guide kept us on the sidewalk in front of the fort, but it was too far to see anything. She rambled for 45 minutes and pointed out things that were too far to see. Eventually two cops came over and wrote her a ticket for being on the property. We bailed after that, along with about half of the group. If the entire premise of the tour and story surrounds a fort that you no longer have access to, you shouldn't continue selling tickets for that your.

The tour itself was rather boring, but overall, not a terrible disappointment, the employees in the office, however, were unfriendly, unkind, and off-putting. You have better tour options, avoid this one

Great tour! Lots of good historical information. Ghost stories were good great for a wide age range, especially the younger kids. Our teenager loved it.

When we showed up for our tour, there were way too many booked for our time period. There were at least 30 people. The tour guide said if anyone wanted to wait for the next tour, it had less people and would leave very soon. Our group wanted to help out, so we waited. The tour guide was terrible. He was a nice guy, but there were two main issues. First, he isn't a good story teller and it was very boring to listen to. Secondly, he made us wait over and over at each stop without talking to us or entertaining us in any way. People started to drop off out of the entire group until there was only a few of us left. My group wanted to leave half way through and we really should of. However, we all paid to go on the tour and didn't want to waste our money. Unfortunately, it was a total waste of money. Very unfortunate.

I hate to give a bad review, but this was my 2nd ghost tour in St. Augustine and it left much to be desired. My first one was years ago with a different company and it was much better. We walked through the streets, heard stories about various different inns that were haunted, and our guide was much more engaging. The few stories we heard by the fort and the two graveyards were just blah.

I was very disappointed in our tour. I’ve done several ghost tours in St. Augustine and this was by far the worst. One of the things I’ve always loved about the walking tours is the tour guides dress in period costume and carry lanterns through the dark street. Our guide showed up in jeans, a T-shirt and visor. We then went to four different places, were told the stories, then told that those stories aren’t real, and this is what actually happened. The guide spent more time talking to a select few guests, than telling stories and seemed very uninterested in giving the tour.

Our group really enjoyed the tour; Courtney gave historical insight and just enough "spooky" insight to give pause and think about "what could be". She was friendly; had a good personality and added authenticity to the experience. This was a great tour with a much younger group member that didn't cause the "scare" factor. The only suggestion would be enough time for a bathroom break maybe mid-way of the tour but that is certainly not a deal breaker! We enjoyed it very much.

We had a fabulous experience with Courtney. We had three young kids with us (7,5, and 4) who were decked out in “night vision goggles” and an EMF reader so they could catch some ghosts. They had high expectations for the tour and she certainly delivered. She was engaging with the kids, kept them moving to keep them focused, and had a bunch of cool stories to share. The kids cannot stop talking about it and want to go again tonight. All in all, we would totally book her again. Thank you, Courtney. Our kids absolutely loved you.
