Had a similar experience as the last reviewer. They took my money, but there was an error on their part, and then they said they would return my money in 7 to 10 business days. They returned my money in 4 days but it was short $91. Dealing with customer service was horrible. In email responses, they used someone else’s name and on phone calls they were clearly reading script responses to me.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I requested the cancellation of my initial purchase, but I still haven't received the refund. This has adversely affected my overall travel budget. Not recommended for purchasing.

Go City pass can save you tremendous amount of money if you want to explore the city well across its range. It helped us save $460 in a three-day pass to visit 5 attractions. I will definitely give 5 stars to Go City about that. Moreover, the pass can save you from lining up for the admission tickets. All you need to do is to show your QR code of pass at entry point. However, place like LA county is huge, the attractions can locate in different cities and be far away from what you want to visit the most. Some attraction can take you half or more than half day easily other than the traffic time between attractions. You need to plan ahead well about where to go and sacrifice of some wanted attractions could be very possible. If you want to maximize the use of "days", research their locations, go to the most favorable place first as I suggested and visit the attractions within close range in the same day. Money-wise there is no better option than Go City pass. Planning is also a key if you want to use it well. Of course, I recommended Go City pass.

The Go City pass was easy to use, lots of tour options available. We only had to make reservations for 2 tours, everything is flexible. The tour operators were excellent. I would definitely purchase again.

Went to LA and stayed in Santa Monica 1st week of August. We bought a 3 day Go City pass and used it to do the following: Day 1 - Big bus hop on hop off tour - stated on beach loop then got onto city loop, the commentary was good but a bit repetitive in parts. Madame Tussauds and then Hard Rock cafe for lunch (not on pass ). We then went to Hollywood sign tour which is about $15 by taxi from Hollywood Boulevard. The walking tour was good but a little rushed and my phone had no signal at end of tour so I struggled to get a taxi - we had to walk another 45 min from end of tour to find a signal to call an uber! Day 2 - Universal Studios - amazing but long queues Day 3 - discount in Santa Monica Mall - there was no concierge on so we did not get the discount vouchers for the curious palate or the mall. this was disappointing for us. All in all the Go City pass is definitely worth it :)
