Loved the Go City all inclusive pass. Admissions and tickets would have cost twice what we paid for the pass. One thing to note is the Big Bus hop on/off tour only lasts 2 days from when you activate with them, on day 3 you can pay $15 to extend the time 24 hours. We did several activities we might not have done without Go City, like the Exploratorium which we really enjoyed. I kept both tickets on my phone and admissions would swipe screens to access both QR codes; a ticket lady said they prefer that over having to scan multiple different phones. We used Blazing Saddles to ride bikes across the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito, which was the highlight of our trip

The Chinatown ghost tour with Jamie, from thehauntghosttours.com was really good! He was very knowledgeable and super entertaining!

Candace_R

Definitely was worth the price. Overall we saved well over $100 dollars bundling all of the activities under the one go pass.

This pass was really useful, and great value for money. It meant I was able to do much more on my trip to San Francisco than I would have otherwise. It was really easy to use, and the app is helpful. However, the T&C's say that you can use it for each attraction once per day for the duration of your pass, so if you don't finish something, you can go back. However, it turns out this is not true for the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus tour. If I had known this before, I might have done things differently. You can buy an additional day for $15, but only for the day after you redeemed your Go City card. Eventually I did manage to sort something out with the bus company, but I was disappointed that this wasn't clear on the website, and it did make the pass slightly less good value for money.

Kathryn_F

Terrible! On the first day using the app it said that it was expired! Still waiting to get my refund!

MaryC_R

Great buy! Definitely a must! This was well worth the spend! We got the 3 day pass and got to see 6 attractions within the 3 days!

We bought a one day unlimited Go Pass for San Francisco and felt we got our moneys worth. We particularly enjoyed the bus and saw numerous venues over the course of the day. Because the pass was all inclusive, you felt like you didn't need to stay somewhere for any length of time. We covered about five activities by getting on and off the bus and didn't have to worry about driving anywhere. It was a great deal and we'd do it again in another city for sure.

Patrick_M

I was denied access to a number of locations that claimed my voucher was invalid or I needed to show them 2 voucher even though my voucher said 2 people. Not happy at all and had no way of contacting someone to resolve the matter.

H2862PHjanicec

Just bought a pass and forgot to apply a 5% discount from signing up for emails- they already offer full refunds if the pass is inactivated for 90 days but still refused to credit it to my payment even though I messaged them within an hour of my order. My trip is tomorrow so won't have time to cancel and rebook. Not impressed at all with the customer service and won't be using them again, plenty of other similar companies. Terrible first impression to a new customer!
