Ekaette was amazing! Very knowledgeable. Lots of helpful historical facts shared. Learned alot especially about the colors of the tower over the years and last year's centenial for Mr Eiffel.

The tickets price does not justify the service they provide. We ended up waiting like the other customers on the same line, and I could not feel any additional service from the tour. The tour guides, as soon we took the elevator, they disappeared and the quiz during queue time was just fine but looked improvised. I highly recommend to buy the ticket on site (so if they close the summit at least you can save the money and just buy the ticket for the second floor only) or somewhere else. I complaint via refund request but it gets declined even after explaining the poor service.

Ife was very knowledgeable about the sights we were seeing and gave the group other information about where to go to sight seeing on our trip as well! he taught us about why the eiffel tower is still standing and the people who built it.
