Really disappointed we booked an English tour and knowone was there to meet us I rang about 5 times before anyone answered the phone when I was told it was a mistake I think this is really bad as we were really looking forward to the tour the Spanish man was lovely on the tour but obviously I couldn’t understand him

The experience was very boring for us because they barely showed us places and in the few places we visited it expanded a lot in telling the stories that the Guide told (it took 25-30 minutes) to tell a story and you completely lost attention. I think that for a story to be pleasant you must tell the story in summary (5-6min) and tell only the most important thing, otherwise you bore people and lose their attention and therefore the client. We did not finish the tour that lasted 2 hours and after 45 minutes we decided to abandon it. It's just an opinion. But when you go on a free tour you want to explore part of the city and learn different stories, not a story about a donkey and a water carrier that we don't even know who they are for 30 minutes and he told us the entire life of a statue that we don't even know what it is when. In Granada there are unique and magical places like the river, Plaza Nueva, City Hall, I don't know... Cathedral, tea shops, Cuesta Chapiz, Alhambra gardens, Puerta Elvira, there are countless places where tourists can Let your imagination run wild to waste half a tour in a place without relevance and importance and wear out your attention that way. I don't know if it's the guide's fault, the company's fault or what, but it's a shame, we left very disappointed and we didn't finish the 2 hours. We only lasted 45 minutes of the tour and we are used to free tours because we do a lot of them, we are from here. Granada and we wanted to see Granada from a professional point of view but the truth is that we didn't like it at all, it's a shame.

Un plan genial para la tarde noche. Y eso que nuestra visita fue un poco accidentada porque en la bi rambla estaban con un espectáculo infantil y en la plaza de la catedral con la batalla de gallos de Redbull así que el ruido era ensordecedor y para encontrar en la bi rambla el lugar de reunión fue un poco complicado pero superado esto fue todo muy bien. En un 100% gracias a nuestra guía una chica super simpática, agradable y que explicaba todo muy bien y de forma muy amena. Nuestra guía fue Juve, y sin ella la verdad que la visita se hubiese deslucido mucho por las circunstancias pero supo reconducirla y fue increíble la de cosas que nos contó y como de rápido se pasaron las dos horas. Además al terminar, le pedimos información donde dónde comer y cosas que visitar y muy amablemente nos contó todo lo que le pedimos y nos informó de muchas cosas más. Si puedes hacerla no lo dudes, descubrirás cosas muy interesantes que nadie te cuenta.

No recomiendo esta visita para nada. Aunque vivo en Málaga soy natural de Granada y llevaba tiempo queriendo realizar esta visita. No es para nada lo que me esperaba. El guía fue pésimo. He realizado muchos free tours en diferentes países y es la primera vez q me desilusiona de esta manera.

Fuimos con la familia, el 11 de septiembre, para empezar el guía nos cuenta su vida, mal con el covid, muchos lo hemos pasado mal, yo trabajo en turismo, y soy de las de erte de más de un año y si cobrar en muchos meses, voy a intentar pasar un buen rato y me fastidian lo siento mucho, pero en Mallorca hemos estado peor, no empatiza nada, luego cuenta las cosas y te dice que no es verdad, que se lo inventa, vaya timo de tour, nos aburrimos mucho, desde luego el chaval, necesita una buena dosis de humildad o dedicarse a otra cosa
