Being our first trip to AZ our son surprised us with a tour of the Grand Canyon. Not traveling often we had no idea what to expect and were a bit nervous. When Marc picked us up at the hotel we were instantly put at ease with his friendliness and his knowledge along the way making sure to call attention to points of interest so we didn't miss anything. The day was sprinkled with stories, laughter and a lot of beautiful scenery that we will never forget. The photos do not do justice to the majestic mountains and colors. Unforgettable! Marc was very attentive making sure that we didn't slip on the snow/ice covered pathways. He provided snacks and drinks in the car and knew all the best places to stop. We were glad that we had Marc as our guide. We started the day as strangers and felt we ended it as friends.

Our guide Ken was marvelous. Showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, recommended good dishes at the restaurant and kept it light and funny. Let us take a np when we needed it and also had the uncanny ability to predict when we would get there without a Gps. Timed the sunset perfect too.

This was our third trip with First Class Charter Tours and Ken was our guide/driver. We were looking forward to the sunset/dinner trip to the Grand Canyon, and it was amazing!! There were some clouds, showers, blue sky, and sun that made for stunning photos. Ken was very knowledgeable and took us to all the best spots to get some incredible photo ops and panoramic shots, as well. He also explained about the geology and history surrounding the Grand Canyon. We all had dinner at the North Rim lodge, and then Ken took us to the best place to get the sunset and setting sun photos. I was taking so many photos on my iPhone, that my battery ran out, and had to finish by using my husband’s iPhone. I highly recommend taking this sunset/dinner tour to the Grand Canyon, and ask for Ken to be your guide. You won’t be disappointed!! Thanks again, Ken!!

We reserved a Sunset Grand Canyon tour for my 50th birthday, so my expectations were high -- and they were met and exceeded! The process was seamless; we were picked up at our resort in Sedona, greeted with water and snacks, driven to the Grand Canyon with a couple of welcomed pitstops (including a visit to the Cameron Trading Post), and then shown around the Canyon with views that only the experts know of. Al, our tour guide, was friendly and knowledgeable, and made the experience everything I had wanted and more.

We had a wonderful day with Alan. He was personable and knowledgeable about the area. It was very enjoyable concluding the day having dinner looking out over the canyon along side such an awesome guide. It was everything we expected!
