From pick-up to drop-off we had the best afternoon. Very professional, accommodating and worth every single penny! Highly recommend.

Overall, it was a great way for us to see a bit of the Grand Canyon. Pick up from our hotel was seamless. It's about a 35-40 minute ride to Boulder City airport where the flight departs. There are some snacks and souvenirs at the airport. The staff was friendly and the check in went smoothly. Everyone has a window seat on the flight. We flew over Hoover dam and lake Mead. We were headsets and narration was provided in several different languages. The pilot and first officer were informative too. We consider doing the Grand Canyon trip by ground but That's a 12+ hour day so due to time constraints we chose the flight. I feel like we actually saw more of the western part of the canyon and more of the surrounding area from a bird's eye view. We were well pleased overall.

Great venture to the Grand Canyon. If you don’t hav days to drive and go physically to the canyon, this is a great way to sample it and see from an amazing perspective Great Crew. The grand canyon tour itself was exceptional and highly worthwhile. Jay (our pilot) put us at ease and the scenery + trip was breath-taking. The drive to the tour was very bumpy and unpleasant. The driver who took us to the airport was 'feathering' the gas-pedal the entire way, which makes the bus jerk continuously. I'd brought this issue up with the tour company, though haven't heard back as of yet. The only other recommendation, would be to not opt for the digital photo that you can pay for at the end. If you do, you'll receive a file that's approx 500kb and very low-resolution (not suitable for uploading to any social media or even to use as a profile picture). I'd asked for a higher-quality copy, though also didn't hear anything back regarding this.

I always saw the Grand Canyon on television, or in the newspaper, or even in books, but when you see it from the air in real life, it’s astounding. It is beyond belief in size and beauty it’s a truly remarkable place we have here in America

Absolutely fantastic, transfer very prompt and on time. Pilot and first officer very friendly and the flight was brilliant for a small plane. The first officer added great extra commentary to the prerecorded guide. Would highly recommend.
