The views were great. The pilot Joseph was amazing and calming for my first trip. He talked us and told us of the many places below and what they were. Staff was nice and welcoming. Only complaint is I wished I could have stayed up longer.

As soon as we arrived, Sheila welcomed us and offered us refreshment. I felt like home immediately. Received thorough instructions about safety and what to expect on our tour.
