Our tour guides were very pleasant, funny, and knowledgeable. We learned so much more than if we had headed out to explore the city on our own.

Our tour guide, Sam was very knowledgeable! His passion for Memphis was evident as he narrated our city tour. He took the time to answer any questions and was engaging with his passengers.

Our guide, Michelle, was awesome. Very knowledgeable and kept the group laughing. Gave us a great overview of Memphis. The paddle boat ride was just as informative & beautiful as the bus trip. Highly recommend this adventure.

Sam of Memphis Best tours, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Showed us all the interesting tourist spots with bathroom breaks. He pointed out good lunch places. I'd tour with him again. The riverboat tour was lackluster on a cold day. The Capt was informative but he didn’t have a lot of scenery to work with.

All sites were great! Loved the ducks at Peabody & River Cruise. Volume of guides were excellent. Could hear them well.

The driver was very nice, but she was screaming into microphone and talked way too fast. Many of us could not understand much of what she was saying, especially those from other countries. I even asked her to talk more slowly but it was just her personality.

Our guide, Michelle, told us so much about Memphis. We are planning to visit some of the historic places noted at another time.

Nice way to get an overview of the city and River sites. Only issue was the long wait on the boat before taking off. It was about 45 minutes.

TrailShakers

Our guide Sam was informative, friendly, and humorous. We came away from the bus portion of the tour with appreciation for Danny Thomas and St Jude Hospital because of Sam's warm description of its history. The bus tour was well organized and efficient. We would have rated five stars except that we ate at one of the restaurants recommended by Sam (Blues City Cafe), which was mediocre, and the boat tour had a long wait during preparing to shove off. We had seats in the rear and sat for too long in unpleasant diesel fumes. The boat tour narrator was good at sharing Memphis's musical history, although less engaging than Sam. We recommend the tour overall.
