The tour was exactly as described and expected. Francesca, our guide, was knowledgeable and personable. The only challenge was that on arriving at the designated check in spot the company had moved. The occupants contacted the representative and he arrived 15 minutes later to tell us that our 10:30 tour was in fact an 11:30 tour. And we were "lucky" because he had to cancel other people's tour. (Meanwhile the street hustlers continued to bring customers from the street for the next hour). Not impressed with the organization but the guide and the subject were great.

Booked this last min the day before, glad to be able to find availability. Tour guide was organized and informative. Super crowded at the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel. Tour was rushed and you have to pay close attention to follow the guide to not get lost. Glad to have direct access to St Peter's Basilica right after the tour, saved a ton of time and energy.
