We did the Eat in the City tour and this was a fabulous half day with Rob who was a great and very personable guide to the nooks and crannies of Manchester. Whilst I might have been a very regular visitor to the City, I learnt so much new about the industrial landscape, the street art, the history, the urban regeneration, and of course the food and drink. What a great idea to combine stories and insights of this amazing place with some fabulous food and drink stops with a real Mancunian twist. Would definitely recommend

Oh my where to begin- I was nervous because I was going solo in this food tour but i was t the only one! There was another person going solo and other people who had family going- honestly it didn’t matter everyone was friendly and our guide made our experience!!! He was fun and easy going! It was more than just a food tour, rich in history with beverages too! I took a few pictures of food but honestly from beginning to end we had so much from donuts to staple foods to why Manchester has a culinary melting pot pop of flavor from so many cultures to dessert at the end! Our guide did not rush us and we ended up actually going over! We even found an iconic Marvel scene I snapped to take back to my boyfriend! It was such a great afternoon and highly recommend! It felt like a group of friends getting together with a knowledgeable family member taking us around town!

Food selections were fantastic and Rob (our guide) was one of the best guides I’ve had on a food tour. We were a small group of 4 and it was like a day with friends. From the start with tacos, to the end with ice cream and everything in between, it was great. Highly recommend.

Great day out in MCR with friends. Steph our guide was a perfect host. Steph shared lots of local information and history regards Manchester. We tasted lots of local cuisine and finished with the finest ice cream I have ever tasted. Thank you Steph.

My American friend and have never been to Manchester before so we were looking for a way to know the secret foodie spots and local history of this amazing city. We booked our food tour a few days in advance and we loved it. Sandra our local guide was knowledgeable and entertaining and made our tour exactly what we were expecting. At the start of the tour we were treated to a local gourmet donut which was delicious, followed by an amazing and authentic fish taco in Mackie Mayors, a delicious beef brisket hash was then followed by the most exquisite and delicious luxury sausage roll (all locally produced and made in interesting historic venues). We concluded the tour at an artisan ice cream parlour which was also delicious. A tour I would absolutely recommend to anyone. We had some local Mancunian's (is that the right word?) who also said that they enjoyed the tour and didn't know some of the local history we were treated to. In all a totally enjoyable experience. Well done, and thanks.
