I communicated with Eddie ahead of time and gave him a list of places we wanted to see. Since we had been to NYC before, we did not want the typical sightseeing tour. We did this tour after a cruise and they picked us up at the cruise terminal and dropped us off at the airport which was so convenient. We had Eddie as our driver. He took us around to everywhere we wanted to see and also provided recommendations. They provided us snacks and water, which was very nice. The only thing I want to note, is the van we got picked up in was older and has seen better days. So if you are looking for a “luxury” tour this may not be for you. But for the price (which is amazing compared to other NYC tours) , it got us to Point A to Point B just fine! It was overall a great experience and I would book with them again!
