    The tour guide was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile for us. She was very helpful in getting us into and out of the kayaks. She also gave us a lot of good contact info for our next trip. The scenery was great moving slowly through the trees and lilly pads. Very good tour!

    The sunrise view is beautiful! The tour guide is very nice and knowledgeable. During that period of time many areas of the park were closed due to flooding. As a result all boat tours were cancelled. I am glad that the tour guide still accepted my booking, otherwise I could not see this beautiful lake.

    It’s hard to pick my favorite thing of the day! Our group of six (my husband and I and our young adult boys and their wives) can’t stop talking about our amazing adventure on Caddo Lake! The area is just stunning and our guide Leah was so knowledgeable and so enjoyable!!! She knew the area for kayaking very well (which is saying a lot!) keeping us safe and taking us to areas that were really unbelievable! She was also very knowledgeable about the history of the area, the lake, plants, birds, etc. You will totally enjoy your time not only kayaking and being on the water, but with Leah. It is a very quiet, relaxing experience…in a gorgeous area!

    Trip was amazing! Guide was excellent with us being 2 Seniors. She helped us very well getting in and out! She was very informative about the history of the area. Views of lake and wildlife were incredible. Ended with an awesome sunset looking across the lake. She captured it all on videos and pictures and sent them to us!

    Caddo Lake National Wildlife Refuge

    We will kayak and/or canoe thru the beautiful mystical Caddo Lake. Shaped like a dragon, Caddo is only nature lake in the state of Texas, which is halfway in Louisiana. There is a magical feeling on this lake. The Caddo Indians, the Native Americans who made this place their home knew of its special energy, that can help heal and refresh your soul. Depending on individual needs, as we glide thru the largest Bald Cypress Forest in the whole, with the moss swaying gently in the wind, we will experience the beauty of illuminating water lilies and lotus flowers that glow in the sun and smell like heaven and swim on a canal with a sandbar so beautiful it's called The Cathedral. This lake's beauty and energy is a must see and a must feel!
