The Kolob Terrace portion of Zion National Park is where you can access most of the roughly 230 square miles of the park. It is not as well known to tourists so it allows you to experience the grandeur of Zion away from the crowds. It gives you a unique opportunity to look down on Zion National Park from above.

Grafton

Grafton is the most photographed ghost town in the West for a reason, it's beautiful. We will tell you the harrowing story of the people who settled this town. Their story is more interesting than any of the movies filmed here, the most well-known being "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid." If you prefer to do more hiking or viewpoints on Kolob Terrace we may not have time for this stop but this is somewhere you can reach on your own and will give you directions if you decide to go later by yourself.

Views are stunning and awesome you don’t get this just being in the main area of the park. Our guides were very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the areas history.

Had such an amazing time seeing Zion without the crowds! We learned so much about the history of Zion, went to a ghost town, got to see Zion from the highest point. We had a lot of fun they were excellent when it came to my severe food and air borne allergies.

Candace and Hunter gave an away from the crowds tour from the top of the park. Many majestic vistas, information about the history of the area and native trees and plants. a Bonus was showing some native pictographs. They know the area well and were willing to share their knowledge.

It was a bait and switch. We were told the sights in the park were dumb. We were taken to look at her favorite tree instead. We were told we could customize the tour - we were not allowed to do so.

Being from the area they had many stories to share and knew the places we should see. They bought us some fresh fruit from the area and provided us with water and snacks.
