    We were referred to them by some friends and upon first contacting them there was no doubt that they really love what they do, their passion and knowledge for Mt Etna is unmeasurable. We decided to have the kids join us for this adventure and would also like to mention that we have a son on the autism spectrum. Tiziana picked up us from the hotel in the morning and before jumping in the car, she wanted to learn about our family and our kids. She went on and explained the various stops of our tour in detail, and she also suggested a few tweaks so that the kids would be able to be engaged and enjoy it as well. Tiziana’s personality and motivation was incredible as we felt like we were family by the end of the day. As we were approaching each stop of the tour she would give us a brief introduction and history so that we were prepared once on site. She was so attentive and knowledgeable that my kids even grew fond of her and held her hand climbing up and down the craters and at each of our excursion stops. Her hospitality and easy going attitude was infectious. As mentioned, she was very detailed with her explanations and was able to keep everyone engaged and going for the whole duration of the tour. We wrapped up our day with a great tasting of local products and that was also a bit hit with the kids. Grazie mille for everything. I would highly recommend Tiziana. See you next time !!!

    We were accompanied by, Mario, an exceptional guide during our visit to Etna. His kindness, adaptability and mastery of French made the experience unforgettable and captivating.     Tour sull'Etna con Michele, una guida strepitosa sin dall' inizio, ci ha spiegato il tutto facendoci immergere in un mondo sconosciuto..... facendoci toccare con mano la natura misteriosa con i suoi effetti. Abbiamo visitato tante cose, tanti obiettivi oltre le ore a disposizione. Persona tenace ed intelligente, un ragazzo che ama il suo lavoro e la sua terra, ci ha fatto immedesimare in qualcosa di grande. Il tour lo consiglio vivamente, è straordinario, se si dovesse partire con titubanza si rientra con un altra idea, affascinati dal tour stesso. Ha coccolato mia figlia, un po' spaventata, con una bontà estrema. A fine giornata sembravamo amici di vecchia data. Grazie Michele per tutto. Sei una brava e bella persona.

    My husband and I had the most amazing day with Angelo, when he took us to on a trip to Mount Etna. He was so passionate and informative when telling us the history of the volcano.My husband has partial sight and Angelo was so helpful and patient as we climbed up the volcano and walked through the cave.     Grotta dei Lamponi

    The tour starts from the Ragabo pine forest (located in the northern part of Etna) from where, taking the Altomontana track, we will continue westwards until we reach the famous "Grotta dei Lamponi" where we will make a quick visit, then we will continue through a beautiful beech forest that it will lead to the “Timpa Rossa” refuge, here after a short break we will return along dirt roads immersed in the woods that will lead us back to the starting point. About 21 Km 600+ elevation gain medium difficulty
