Four of us had a fantastic time at the cooking school. The set up was great, the food was truly outstanding and Dave was phenonemal. He made an amazing time better than you could imagine. We can't recommend this more highly.

My son wanted to do a cooking class of Cajun foods and this did not disappoint. Chef Raymond was amazing!!! Experienced, friendly, and fun! The food we prepared was delicious and we are so excited to try these recipes out at home for our family. Thank you for an unforgettable experience and for the memories we made.

My husband and 11 year old son love to cook so this was a perfect excursion for them. They did say they wished they learned more cooking tips but overall they had a great time and the food they made was delicious! Happy they were able to take back leftovers so we could all try!

We had an absolute blast with chef David. We highly recommend this activity! We learned how to make bread pudding, jambalaya (with chicken and sausage), and bbq shrimp. The sauce on the shrimp was amazing. The best part of this activity was talking with chef David. He is super personable and spent time getting to know each person in our family.

100% recommend. This was a great experience for the family. Clean, Professional, well appointed teaching kitchen. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They discussed the history of the food, the how and whys of cajun cooking. David was the single best cooking teacher I have ever seen.
