The church was originally Temple Israel for the first Jewish congregation incorporated in Harlem as Hand-In-Hand in 1873. Make sure to search the Stars of David are nestled in leafy capitals of the building’s four Corinthian columns and are also embedded in the window casements. This is the site for the gospel concert.
