Our guide Sophie took us to many places in the city of London connecting them to the Harry Potter films showing us print-outs of films scenes which made our daughters (8, 11 and 13) extremly attentive and thrilled. Her English is well articulated making it possible for us as non-native speakers to follow without having to listen too hard. Sophie guided us through many places with a lovely positive energy making the tour great fun. It was a nice start-up before the final destination at Warner Bros Studies. We even had a bonus stop in King's cross late at night coming back from the studios to see the platform 9 3/4 still with excitment from the girls. The tour was above our expectations!

This was literally the best tour I’ve done in London. Sophie our guide was fantastic and really enthusiastic I’m not sure there’s anything Harry Potter she didn’t know. Harry Potter Studios was amazing, and well worth a visit there’s so much to see and so much detail in the sets. I wish they made one for every film. The tour company were brilliant and answered the phone straight away when I was lost. Would definitely travel with them again

Overall it was a really good experience. The tour guide was absolutely amazing! Lots of enthousiasme from the tour guide. Why don’t I give all stars? Sorry to say, but the coach driver was horrific! He was the baddest driver I ever sat with in a bus! All of us felt sick, which caused me not completely enjoying the WB studios which is a petty! He used his self phone whilst driving and showed his middle finger to other drivers. Someone had to ask to turn on the AC coz it was too hot and truly I wanted to vomit 🤢. His driving skills… let’s not talk about that coz there’s not enough space. When we asked him if we could come on the coach before the hour we would be leaving the studios, he was really unfriendly. Instead of asking us to wait in the rain he attacked the tour guide with messages and when she came to the coach he asked her to inform us not to come early… everyone understands English so to the rude driver… use your mouth and have some respect for customers and other drivers! You made a wonderful experience completely bad. One other thing. The first booking said to be there at 8.50, but the tour started at 8.30. It’s confusing luckily we choose the correct time.

Bing twice now and would consider going again. If you do go you must go dressed up. There is some great photo opportunities. recommend to go in school time so there's less kids around, unfortunately may get a school group though. A must go to for any Harry Potter fan. Also the gift shop is large and expensive

Our tour guide did an excellent job walking us through London and showing us places where Harry Potter scenes were filmed. We walked for a couple hours then boarded a bus to the studio. Both components of the tour were fun and interesting. High marks for Anderson Tours!

Must do if you’re a HP fan in London! The tour guide was great. She took us to multiple filming locations in the city and pointed out some other historical spots we saw along the way. We then took the bus to the studio and had about 3 hours there which was enough time to get through everything, and still have time to shop in the huge gift shop at the end!

Our tour guide was absolutely amazing ! I can definitely see the enthusiasm in her as she brings us to the various locations, and tells us about where in Harry Potter were they featured in. However, the walking tour was a little too long. It lasted for about a few hours and all we did was walk around and explore the locations which is tiring, especially since there will be more walking in the morning for the studio tour. I suggest minimizing the walking tour or move it to after the studio tour finishes so we might have an option of leaving earlier. On the bright side, we were given enough time (3 hours) to explore the Harry Potter studio tour and eat in the restaurant. I don’t recommend the tour if you are someone who does not like walking a lot but if you are truly an avid fan of Harry Potter and don’t mind walking for long hours, then this tour is definitely for you !

We visited WB Harry potter studios today. We know this wasnt going to be like actually visiting hogwarts but we thought it would be a magical experience and a fun day out. We were left quite wanting. When we arrived, the carpark was attended and we were directed to open spaces, lots of nice staff before and as we entered the doors, amazing decorations in the lobby and music to get you in the mood. Then thats when things start going downhill. Coffee shop staff were rude, you are taken through for the tour in batches of roughly 50 people to manage traffic through the studios, which seems great but you are hussled out of the great hall so the next batch can be brought in asap meaning people miss out on photos. Then when you are moved out of the great hall there is a one way path through the various sets which you get maybe 30 seconds to look at each one before other people need to be there to see it and you feel obligated to move on to allow them their 30 seconds of viewing time. Half way around the tour their backlot cafe, food is restaurant priced mcdonalds food and again rude staff. The 2nd half of the tour was better managed for traffic thankfully because of the big open space outside for people to eat and see a few other sets. Finally the Hogwarts model at the end really will have you snapping your camera at it for a good while and the lights displays were amazing here. All in All, some little bits of magic thrown in, like the Howler letter making, invisibility cloak, quidditch CGI and Train cabin seats but there is so much more they could have done. Suggestions: * Have a few sorting hats for the kids and big kids to find out a house to be put in. * Reduce the amount of people touring the 1st half of the tour so people can enjoy more time taking in the visuals of the sets. In other words, less people is a better experience. * Let people spend more time in the great hall * Having a gift shop half way around at the hogwarts express was a cheap trick and left alot of upset kids and angry parents. We felt a bit like we paid alot of money for the tour and on the tour for a very small amount of time taking in the sets. I think we completed the whole tour under 2 hours and that includes stopping to eat at the backlot cafe. As a day out experience goes, this felt like a morning jolly.

Booked this tour months in advance as we knew tickets for Harry Potter experience always sell out and we were coming all the way from Australia so didn’t want to miss out. We then get an email three days out saying that the company hadn’t obtained the required entry tickets for that day and that therefore the tour had to be cancelled. Family was hugely disappointed as there was no chance to get tickets elsewhere. Tickets were refunded in full but at the end of the day this company didnt deliver. Avoid if possible and go with other operators
