Charlie was great; he really kept my (8 year old) daughter engaged for two hours (not easy to do)! The walk is not too taxing and really helps you learn more about the city.

Charlie is a very sweet and kind tour guide. He is very patient. There was a family with some rowdy kids on our tour and he handled it like a champ. He told great stories and good jokes. We learned a lot. When he said he would look into questions and email us answers, he did the next day! Very personal and attentive guide! We would recommend him to anyone!

Charlie was great! It was awesome to get a tour from a real local, and not someone who just read a few things online. I’m a big fan of history in Boston, and the Boston Common area has always been really interesting to me, especially all of the ghost stories. He did a fantastic job of telling stories and teaching me some things about Boston Common I didnt know.

Charlie - the guide took us to a tour in a very cold and eerie afternoon. We liked it a lot because it’s a new and strange experience. I would recommend this tour to people with more knowledge about the history of Boston or America in general because some of the subject matter can be complicated. Ultimately, we enjoyed it; the guide was really nice and informative, and we got to hear fascinating stories.

We really enjoyed the tour with Charlie, despite the cold and rainy weather! Charlie was engaging and taught us a lot about Boston - which was cool since it’s our first time here! We even went back to visit some spots today in daylight! My kiddos (pre-teen & teenager) really enjoyed the tour as well.

I never realized that the Central Park (commons as the locals call it) should have such a history surrounding it. Charlie - our guide - is of an excellent disposition, knowledgable, clearly speaking in an efficient manner. Time passed quickly and the walking was easy. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The subject of goshts seems strange to begin with but Charlie passed the stories as told by people in a fascinating way

Ben was a wonderful tour guide! Very knowledgeable about the haunted history of the city with plenty of person stories added along the way. Highly recommend!

Tour guide never showed. Viator is denying a refund. We stood at the pick up stop on the phone with viator at the time they said the guide was there, and they are still denying a refund after their “investigation” that they refuse to share details about. Don’t book unless you want to throw away money!

Everything was amazing. The haunted places, the graveyards, monuments. But the best of all was Amber, she was a fantastic guide. The way she told the stories was really incredible. It wouldn’t have been the same without her.

Cold, rainy with sleet. Amber was awesome getting us through it. really enjoyed her knowledge being a local. I would not have minded if it was a bit longer.
