They called the day before to reschedule the time because a guide was sick which was fine, changed the tour from 2pm to 4pm. The day of the tour came and we drove the 2.5 hours to come take the tour and they called just after 3:00 to cancel completly. It has been a week and I am still waiting on the refund.

Tour operator never showed for our tour. A day later while we were in a different tour they had audacity to call to “check” on our experience knowing full well they we didn’t get what we paid for and that they left us standing on the road -waiting. We went with a diff ghost tour company. Am currently trying to get money back from trip advisor. When we got call - there was no sorry for your experience it was excuses- we moved and it’s been a challenge.etc. It’s simple. If you can’t provide a service don’t take peoples money and waste their time and mess up their plans. It’s not rocket science it’s kindness and consideration and good business practice.

We had a great time on this tour. Our guide Jordan was knowledgeable and well spoken. We learned a lot about Jerome’s history. My girls really enjoyed ghost hunting.

We toured Jerome with Jordan and had a great time! He is extremely knowledgeable and answered every question that popped out of my mouth. He’s also very personable and an enjoyable human all around. We learned SO much about this crazy mining town.

It was OK, Been there, done that, never have to again ….. I was super excited to see Jerome only to realize it’s just one more tourist trap….. nothing “ghostly” at all about the town

The guide was amazing. Lots and lots of info. I was there with my two boys (12 and 14) and the stories shared were worded in such a way that it was appropriate for their ears.... which I very very much appreciated! On top of that he jumped right in with my kids and made them feel welcome and excited to be there. Super interesting and the guide was so so knowledgeable. I'd do this tour again in a heartbeat!

This tour was absolutely amazing! Even more amazing was our tour guide, Josh! Not only was Josh extremely kind and enthusiastic, he had so much knowledge about the area and you can tell he is truly passionate about his job. Can't wait to bring more friends when I'm back in AZ!

It is a easy way to get a ride around the town and see what you want to explore, but unfortunately we were left less than impressed by the knowledge of the tour guide.
