Clean and good location. The furniture was not comfortable ,there were no side tables by bed and lighting I’m bedroom and Barth was not adequate for a person with older eyes

Nice relaxing ride. Shade and seating was appreciated. Directed to be there 45 minutes early, not great.

Having the run of the ship, and being able to come and go outside and inside was ideal for our family. The narrative as we sailed was very informative.

We had a breezy, relaxing ride down the Willamette river. It was an automated audio recording pointing out the sights. Had very limited interaction with the crew. When we docked, there was another group (of crew members) than ran onto the boat before we could get off. Didn't get the sense we mattered.

Beautiful scenery Nice & clean ferry & restroom Need to add more chairs upper level. Need more choices for snack foods

I had a hard time hearing the tour narrative from the observation deck, which was a big disappointment. The line for food/drink was extremely long ( 30 mins) with only one staff member working, though she did a great job
