Terrible service, it's like an Uber service. Who ever is available they get the job. Was picked up at Airport driver tells us all his driving accidents experiences, didn't have a sign with name on it so took an hour looking for him. When picked up it was a small car with 3 people and 3 large suitcases. The driver abused the booker over the phone while in the car forbooking the wrong car size. Will not book again with these people.

We booked a car through GetYourGuide and was connected with Minicabit to have a car meet us at Heathrow and take us to hotel in London. We met the driver, a very pleasant gentleman named Alan who looked after us with great conversation all the way to our hotel. When he dropped us off, I hadn’t noticed that I had left my cellphone in his van. When I finally realized my mistake, I was able to message Minicabit and they tracked Alan down and he was able to bring my phone back to me the next day. What a relief. Should we have an opportunity to return, I would not hesitate to use the services of Minicabit and especially Alan anytime.

I recently had an experience with minicabit and unfortunately, it left a lot to be desired. While the initial booking process seemed promising, things quickly took a turn for the worse. Not only did I receive a confirmation for a vehicle that didn't match my specified requirements, but the situation escalated when the car that arrived was completely unsuitable for our needs. To make matters worse, my attempts to reach out to minicabit's customer service have been met with frustration. Over the past four days, I've been promised callbacks that never came, leaving me feeling unheard and disregarded. This lack of responsiveness has been incredibly disappointing and has tarnished my overall impression of the service. In the end, what could have been a convenient and stress-free experience turned into a series of missteps and unfulfilled promises.

After landing, the driver did not show up at fixed meeting point. We waited more than one hour (later we knew that while we were flying, minicabit changed the sub-contractor). From the airport I tried to phone minicabit several times. No chance - only a never ending endless loop. We were then forced to take a taxi to the hotel. After such an experience I lost confidence in such a company and cancelled the return ride (which would have taken place four days later). Despite all errors commited by minicabit, this company refused to assume any responsability and refused to refund all the costs I had paid in advance. The journey to London was a gift for our grandchild and the whole story with minicabit left a mere taste and a hudge loss of time.“ I should be very obliged to you, if you could publish this report. The driver was 45 minutes late, apparently because Minicabit had told him a different pick-up place than they had told me. He said he'd had difficulty parking, but reputable car services know to plan ahead for this. Because I was worried about the reliability of the service, I cancelled my return trip to the airport, both by email as recommended by the Minicabit website and by phone (twice). I was nonetheless billed for a return trip that never took place. There seems to be poor communication and disorganisation at all levels.
