Keithen was a great tour guide, he knows the country and the history very well. We were entertained throughout the tour with interesting facts and Scottish humor. The distillery visit is a must for whiskey lovers - it was worth every penny.

This tour was perfect for my first venture into Scotland. Our guide Desmond was very knowledgeable. He told stories as if they were straight from his head and not anything like scripted tours I have experienced in the past. Given the chance I could sit and pick his brains for days. The views were amazing and the small towns we stopped in had something for everyone. The staff at Dewars were very friendly. I’ve never really been into whiskey but, when in Rome! A little but helpful tip from Desmond has me looking for a glass of Dewars special blend right now. It was definitely a highlight of my trip to Edinburgh and my fingers are itching to book another trip.

Mina our driver and guide was superb. Helpful, fiendly and funny (great Scottish dry sence of humour:). Lovely person to spend a day with and an excellent driver. Lots got packed into the trip, with nicely understated story telling to give our tour some historic context with a personal touch. Enough to get our imagination flow, but not to over do the commentary. Best place was the Hermitage nature lover) and Whiskey Tour is my second favourite (lovely house there too). I wish we had more time in the forest, than in Pitlochry, but I understand it’s due to having a need to arrange lunch time break for us all. Definitely worth doing this tour if you have little time and want to absorb magnificent landscapes of Scotland. But if you have more time than we had (3 days) I’d say each one of the locations is worth more exploration. Stops felt like a real teaser, but that’s a nature of a trip of this kind, I guess! Enjoy! And I hope it is as sunny for you as it was for us.

Amazing trip. Aberfeldy was beautiful so were the lochs. JP was a great guide! Super funny engaging and knowledgeable.

We had a great day! Exploring the wonderful scenery and great tastes Scotland has to offer. Our tour guide Duncan, a.k.a. 'Big Dunc', was knowledgeable and witty. We had a blast!

Every now and then you encounter someone who exudes happiness, and is just a constant good vibe. That’s “big” Duncan. The guy is such a fun and knowledgeable guide and made the experience so great. I would take any other tour that big Duncan leads, he made this scenic and fun itinerary that much better

Great fun! Cold, wet day-big dunc and minna were fun, informative, kept the tour moving. Unfortunately the distillery tour was video only due to Spring cleaning but it was still very interesting. Lovely hike and view points-

Tour guide Jim Scott was quite insensitive and rude at times. He rambled on and on about what Scotland created while as if they created mankind, while trashing the British. He wanted everyone to sing the national anthems which was weird and felt uncomfortable with how pushy he was. I flat out had to say NO! I dosed off during the ride up and he told me why would I spend so much money on a tour just to sleep through it. Sir I have a medical condition. The Dewars tour (if that’s what you want to call it), was short and pretty much a waste of time. I would not recommend this tour nor this tour guide.

The tour was a fantastic way to spend a day. The stops in the Highlands were interesting and the spectacular views in between made the time in between pleasant. Neil, our guide, did an absolutely fantastic job keeping us informed with interesting facts and great humor. I give Neil 10/10.
