This tour is absolutely stunning. We were only 4 people, but that was perfect. Elena is a very good tour guide. She is so friendly and knows a lot about the island and the nature. She was also very good prepared with sticks, jackets and delicious food and drinks for us. The tour was a great adventure and the wood was so nice, quite and looked enchanted with the clouds. I can absolutely recommend this tour and will definitely do it again. Thank you very much for everything.

We loved our hike with Elena! The hike is very approachable, interesting, and good exercise. The guide is very knowledgable and engaged, very professional. Don’t miss hiking through several microclimates on Tenerife, including the mist see Laurel forest in the clouds. Truly enchanting as promised.

It was a fantastic experience! Alex is the best guide, he knew the territory inside out (therefore we felt safe at any moment) and we learned so much about the island from him! The views are absolutely breathtaking and magical. And the hike was challenging enough that I never got boring. I would definitely recommend to wear a long trouser, since there are some plants with thorns along the way. And a hat, because most of the hike is under direct sun. All on all one of the highlights during our vacation!

What to expect

Our journey begins in a fragrant pine forest, leading us to a panoramic viewpoints showcasing Tenerife's dual nature - stunning extraterrestrial views of Teide National Park with dozens of volcanoes and harsh cliffs of Masca Gorge on another side. After a short ascent, we'll reach the highest point of Teno Rural Park with a 360° viewpoint. The view from the top of the cliff is mesmerizing!
After indulging in a scenic picnic on a historical site, we'll delve into the heart of an ancient laurel forest, where time seems to stand still. Mosses and ferns carpet the forest, creating an otherworldly atmosphere very similar to the mystical Anaga but much much closer to the South of the island. As we navigate through this verdant wonderland, mist and clouds will envelop us, adding an air of enchantment to our adventure.
