Impressive and well told history by our guide from onthefront . com Everything is explained in detail and our guide was open to "discuss" more then just the tour things. 1 tip, bring Deet or something, as in April/May there are a lot of musquitos.

Exploring the Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp with our tour guide Matt was an unforgettable and deeply moving experience. From start to finish, Matt provided us with a comprehensive and thought-provoking insight into one of the darkest chapters of human history. Matt was a very knowledgeable guide, offering us detailed information about the camp's layout, significant landmarks, and historical context at each stop along the way. He allowed us to navigate the vast grounds at our own pace. I would throughly recommend this Front Line tours to anyone travelling around Berlin.

My friend and I scheduled the tour early in September for September 24th. We were really looking forward to it and planned the rest of our stay in Berlin around that date. The night before the tour I received an email from the tour director notifying us that the pick up location was changed but the 10:00 pick up time would remain the same. Since we were takng public transportation in an unfamiliar city, we left extra time to get to the location. We arrived at the pick up location at 9:30 and then I happened to check my email. To my surprise, there was an email from Musement sent at 9:27 AM to notify us that the 10:00 tour was canceled for the day due to illness. While we were sorry that someone was ill, we were also very disappointed. Fotunately, we were able to book a different tour to Sachenhausen for our last day in Berlin. Having planned our Berlin stay around the tour on the 24th, we had to change our itinerery for the week, and ended up missing out on another side trip that we had planned. Musement was quick in thier issue of a refund but the lost experience can't be replaced.
