The grounds were spectacular. The convenence of using the Bus for both traveling to the grounds and touring through the grounds elliminated all the hassle of driving through the traffic.

The lights are so amazing! The traffic was crazy, but the tour made it stress free. My family loved the Holiday Village and train ride. If you have little ones, they will enjoy the carousel. We got there early enough to enjoy everything and beat the crowds.

It was so convient to leave from visitor center. Got there a few minutes early and able to get right on the train and spend sometime walking around.

Despite the pouring rain, we were left at the little marketplace for over an hour and a half. The activities there, two or three shops and a little sweet shop, could all have been done in less than 45 minutes. There was no way to reach the driver to perhaps leave early. And when I looked online, I could not find any phone number to reach the driver or even his company. It was all very frustrating, and with the rain, it wasn't even a particularly good way to see the lights. I was very disappointed.

We really enjoyed the beautiful lights! My only criticism was that all food options were sweets. Add hot dogs or grilled cheese for those who can’t have or don’t want sweets and you’ve got a perfect event!
