Truly awful. Crowds were so bad it took 90 mins to go down 1 block. The crowds are not their fault but the driver said they knew that they were not able to conduct tours because if crowds yet they were continuing to take peoples money and then ignore complaints. Very disappointing

I wish I can put a zero star- I am disputing this trip with my bank ! This is NOTHING as it is advertised .. NO HOLIDAY BUS NO BLANKETS NO CHRISTMS LIGHTS. THis is just a 29.00 bus tour that Trip advisor is charging you $200.00 for . This should be illegal to even advertise this like this

Crystal_L

Save your money this was one of the most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever met. We were suppose to leave at 5:30, we left at 6:30. No explanation and when we asked the guide yelled for us for use to just sit down. It was cold and no hear in the downstairs area. Don’t sign up for this pleas

This is NOTHING as it is advertised. The was no holiday bus ride . NOTHING was given to us for an extra package . Paid $250 for this online they were charging 40 on the street this was a joke and a rip off

Leah_P

Kept us waiting to get more on the bus so as soon as they would start to take off, staff selling would whistle to stop to convince others to get on… over & over! This was not a hop on hop off. Horrible guide!! Only bonus was blanket. Not worth it!!!

Shaun_M

Went to pick up as requested on time , waited 30 mins before 2 gents in orange uniforms told us to go to another location . arrived there got on bus , no other people on bus . bus didn't move , no one came to us , within 5 minutes got off as would have been late for pre booked meal . complete waste of time , bus never moved off , sat on it like a lemon . absolutely disgusting service , paid a lot of money for that and would like a refund

kathymcclure52

Excellent tour and tour guide. BUT due to New York traffic, allow at least 2 hours to get to a pick up location that is 15 mins from your hotel by Lyft or Uber. Lyft and Uber drivers cannot control the heavy traffic and possibly won't get you to your pickup location on time.

Bus came 1 hour and 5 minutes late. The bus driver decided to take us through Times Square on a Saturday night. We went to a total of 14 blocks in 1 hour and 15 minutes. My daughter and I finally got off the bus without seeing any Christmas lights. I would’ve given it 0 stars if possible. Calling to ask for a full refund.

shirley_w

Had to wait over an hour at designated pick up.Rang giiven number twice but NO ONE ANSWERED.Eventuallt found a man in orange top belonging to tour company. He said he would try to locate our bus;which he did 4 blocks away.We then had to run 4 blocks to get to the bus,Waited on the bus for45 minutes untill we left.A man came and gave us earphones which DID NOT WORK Our driver had no set route,so we were on that dreadful bus until 11,30 pm,Eventually i asked for them to let us off the bus,

Jennifer_Z

We arrived at the pick up site 20 mins early, only to wait 1 hour for anyone one to show. Then we rode for an hour to get to the starting point of which multiple people got on but all thought they were going to a different ride. No holiday lights, no warm blankets, no music. So disappointing for my daughter who was really looking forward to it.
