Booked this tour through blue sun Kimberly travel. Paid cash on booking. Tour was cancelled 30 mins prior to pickup. Cancellation done by text message with no verbal contact. Refund not given for 19 days after cancellation, and had to outlay more cash to go with another company. Not a good experience from this mob.

When looking at various options to see horizontal falls we kept coming back to the Luxury Stay with HF Seaplane Adventures. The package seemed to offer everything that we wanted to do and being able to stay out there overnight ticked all the boxes. Upon arrival at Broome Airport, Donna and Katie were very welcoming and professional ( a common theme with this company) and went through the check in process as we waited for our 'taxi' to Derby - light aircraft. Upon arrival in Derby we met the other passengers and transferred to our seaplane flight to Horizontal Falls. The flight over the falls alone is outstanding and to see the two outlets from the air as we did a few runs set the scene for the rest of the trip. Upon landing we transferred from the day trippers pontoon to the Jetwave Pearl - our accommodation for that night. We were met by the host staff and shown to our rooms on the Pearl. The accommodation is fantastic considering where we are, clean and comfortable with plenty of room and the views are incredible. While waiting for the tide to be right for the falls viewing we were split into two groups, one to go fishing and the other to be taken on a helicopter flight to see the falls and surrounds again from the air. Its a measure of the package that the staff take you fishing rather than sit around waiting for a helicopter ride as there were 19 of us and it took a while to get everyone a flight. Fishing was good - location, location, and we got back to changeover for the helicopter flight. This was sensational. Birdseye view and spectacular. We get back and lunch is served - fresh cooked barramundi do you mind and prepared by our personal chef. More on him later. After lunch its off to the Horizontal Falls on the fast boat and this was what we were here for. This phenomenon must be one of Australias top attractions. We got to see it close up and through the first of the two falls we went. The sheer volume of water flowing into the two openings is incredible and makes for spectacular viewing. The crew made it safe and enjoyable and added to the experience. Back to the day pontoon for a swim and a close up view of the shark feeding - Caitlyns knowledge and passion for the resident sea life was great. After a cheese platter and drinks back on the floating hotel we were served dinner. Eye Fillet steak as good as anything we have had and in good company as we met new friends and were attended to by our two hosts. An early start next morning as we got to see the sun rise over the range and this time we went to the falls to see the outgoing tide. Back for breakfast and then we pack and head home, two flights back to Broome. The overall experience is one of the best we have enjoyed in our travels. Pros - the incredible staff - hosts Hayley and Camille, boat crew and fishing enthusiast Tyler and super attentive Caitlyn. The pilots and the ground crew - Donna and Katie who sent out a bottle of wine for us as we had not got that sorted. The food - our amazing French chef served up top class meals and with a smile the whole time. The activities - everything we did was well thought out and offered a real experience. The setting - one of the worlds great locations. Our thanks for a truly memorable trip. No negatives by the way.

Absolute perfection- could not fault a thing. Activities, staff, food and accommodation brilliant. We did the overnight luxry stay it was worth every cent. Photos & video cannot capture how beautiful this area is. While it may see expensive at first - you get so much for your $$$ .

Wow what an experience. My wife and I did the over night luxury stay 19th July. It was incredible! The return flight from Cygnet Bay, was riveting, the views were spectacular, we had no idea there were so many islands in the Archipelago. The accommodation was small but very comfortable. The Horizontal Falls boat ride was both exhilarating and exciting. Not to mention the staff, they were all fantastic, well trained, professional, friendly, nothing was too much trouble, they made sure we had a great time. The food was also very good. The trip was worth every cent. Do yourself a favour and go to see the Horizontal Falls. Highly recommend.

No words to explain this experience. It was fabulous from the time we were meet at the airport until the time we got back. Everything was magical and we couldn’t ask for more. The crew were fantastic and you can tell that they love what they do by the service they bring. They went out of their way to make it special. My husband told them it was my birthday the next day and they arranged a private breakfast for the 2 of us on the back deck. Everything was just perfect. Many emotions as we flew out and maybe a few tears. Will always be the absolute highlight of our lap of Oz.

The room was small, and the bathroom shared, but we knew about that. The experience was unbelievably wonderfull! The flight to and from the falls was fantastic. We swam next to the sharks in a cage, and saw the falls when calm and, when flowing. The area was so beautiful. A once in a lifetime experience. Do it!

Absolutely without doubt The Best 24 hrs ! It is what the description say’s & more, the Ultimate Horizontal Falls Luxury Stay was amazing. They delivered more than expected, and my expectations were high. You experience it all, a sea plane flight, helicopter flight, swimming (almost) with sharks and fish, numerous rides in a high powered boat through the wide mouth Horizontal Fall, up close to the small fall and more. The staff couldn’t have been any better and the meals were A1. If you’re thinking about taking this amazing Trip of a Lifetime, don’t hesitate or put it off. Be one of the few privileged people to have had this awesome experience . Just book it in now !

Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures are simply the best but do yourself a favour and stay over-night - really do yourself a favour and do that the 24 hour tour and stay on the Jetwave Pearl - the Ultimate Tour is so much more than just the Horizontal Falls. Not only are the Horizontal Falls, named by Sir David Attenborough, a genuine unique (only place in the world) where a Pinch Rapid meets an 11 meter tide, but the 24 hour tour has something for everyone; adrenaline, history of the Kimberley, adventure, escape, luxury, geology, history, biology, physics, oceanography, planes, boats, helicopters, scenery, and heaps of fun. The team that looked after us (Hailey & Tommy) were simply outstanding and, even with changed itineraries due to weather conditions, they went well above and beyond to ensure we got the maximum out of time as possible! AWESOME!

This was the best experience I have done. The accommodation is 5 star and the chef cooked amazing food. The staff were brilliant. As for the activities, there was heaps to do and the Horizontal Falls we're fantastic! I highly recommend doing this 24 hour trip.

What an amazing tour! Really well organised, great flight, helicopter ride and boat trips. Absolutely spectacular scenery. The food on board was delicious, and the rooms well appointed. Lovely hot shower. The staff were great- friendly, helpful and informative. One of the best things ever!
