An amazing and enjoyable bike trip. Lukus Herbert as our tour guide was well informed, flexible and continually accommodating in helping us with the planning and execution of the trip. His recommended "Ride with GPS" navigation system allowed us to enjoy the sights without being preoccupied with a map. His hotel recommendations were good and he conveniently provided our rented bikes in route and picked them up as we returned. His being available daily to answer question we very helpful. I would strongly recommend Gotham Bicycle Tours for this trip.

This is a great way to see the Hudson Valley. This particular weekend it still felt spring like, sunny and fragrant. Captain Lawrence Brewery, the end point, is a blast with beer flights, live music and corn hole. The Gotham team is organized and informative. Highly recommend this experience.

It's a great tour - Lukas is very detailed oriented, organized. It's such a fun ride, perfect crispy fall weather! Very challenging for us - Laura is very encouraging the whole way.

Lukas and Laura (and Henry too!) were great! The tour was very organized, expectations were set and it made out for a lovely day. Lukas, especially was very accommodating. I liked how you had the support of the tour guides, but you can also go at your own pace. All of the snacks, drinks and lunch provided was more than enough, and to end the day at the brewery was great!

Lukas and Laura were wonderful tour guides. Lukas provided great explanations of the route and the lunch setup was both delicious and serene. The Hudson Valley was beautiful and well shaded and although quite some distance for someone that doesn't ride often, it was relatively flat and not too difficult. Laura provided guidance on the tour whilst Lukas met us with his car at various checkpoints so we knew we were on track and in good hands if any issues arose. I will definitely look at doing another tour with them sometime soon.

Lukas and his family team were great hosts and made sure that our ride would be enjoyable. He explained everything in great detail so there was no confusion about breaks and routes. He was also very accommodating in getting our group to the train together. The ride itself was very scenic and not at all challenging except for a few short uphill parts. There were plenty of opportunities to get beautiful pictures and the foliage colors were wonderful.

Such a great experience from beginning to end. After booking the tour, Lukas kept us informed and answered any questions we had. My boyfriend and I aren't experienced bikers so it was super helpful when it came to explaining every part of the trail. I especially liked how prepared they were; they had extra equipment such as extra tubes for my foldable bike. Social distancing was observed in every part and they were prepared with hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes. Highly recommend this tour. The foliage was beautiful, Lukas, Laura, and Henry were super friendly, and is definitely a memorable trip.

Casual but also challenging ride through lovely scenery, mostly downhill. Occasional confusion with directions, signs.

The day was amazing: 10 out of 10. Everything ran smoothly--Lukas was the perfect host and took care of every detail. When we lost our way for one minute he answered the phone immediately and was right there to get us back on track. The group is small and everyone goes at their own pace, which makes for a great outing for all. The brewery at the finish line was the perfect ending--lots of good food and drink. I have been on bike tours previously and I would rate this one at the top for comfort, attention to detail and guide knowledge. You can tell that this is a labor of love for Lukas.
